A very, early primitive curlew from Cape

May, New Jersey.  This is typical of many

early folk art  birds from this area.  It

is very unique and probably early 1900’s.

The bill has been replaced.

This is an excellent piece of folk art at a

great price.  It exhibits great form.  The

maker is unknown.
