Cliff Avann (1888 – 1965) was from Toronto,

Canada.  This broadbill appears to be all original

and has good original combing on the back. 

It has a stylish head with a wide bill. 

Avann made decoys for 60 years.  He earned

the title of fastest decoy maker in Canada.
